About Charles Rosselli

Charles Rosselli serves families in the area of estate planning, asset protection, and elder law. Charles helps seniors and their families design Lifetime Asset Protection Plans that assure that loved ones are taken care of while protecting and saving as much of their hard-earned money as possible. We devote our law practice to the study and practice of the laws that allow people to keep their money instead of spending it all on nursing home care and home health care. We are dedicated to ensuring that our clients get to keep the most the law allows- but only strictly according to the law and the highest possible moral and ethical standards.

Charles received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Fordham University with a major in Finance in 1989. Charles earned his Juris Doctor degree from Touro College School of Law in 1994. A lifelong resident of Long Island, Charles attended Chaminade High School.
